Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to payments made to Canny Heads Consulting through www.cannyheads.com, including the Gold Appraiser Training booking advance and course fee.

Booking advance (₹999)

The booking advance reserves your seat at the special-offer price and is non-refundable.
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your booking to a later batch once, at no extra charge, by informing us at least 48 hours before the practical session.
The advance is adjusted against the total course fee when you attend.

Course fee

Once the balance fee is paid and the training has started (online theory access shared or practical session attended), the fee is non-refundable.
If you cannot attend after paying the full fee, you may move to a later batch once, subject to seat availability.

Cancellation by Canny Heads Consulting

If we cancel or postpone a batch and you do not wish to join the rescheduled batch, we will give you a full refund of all amounts paid for that batch.

Failed or duplicate payments

If money was deducted but the payment failed, or you were charged twice for the same booking, the amount is refunded automatically by the bank / Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days. If not, contact us with your transaction ID and we will help.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank.
