These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.cannyheads.com and the services offered by Canny Heads Consulting, located at 3B, 2nd Floor, Nallaiyah Complex, 70 Srinivasam Pillai Road, Thanjavur – 613001, Tamil Nadu, India. By using this website or making a payment, you agree to these terms.

Our services

Canny Heads Consulting provides business consulting and professional training, including the Gold Appraiser Training programme (online theory guidance plus one day of practical training in Thanjavur). Service details, fees and batch schedules are shown on the website or shared with you directly by our team.

Enquiries and registration

Submitting an enquiry is free and does not by itself confirm a seat.
A seat in a training batch is reserved only after the booking advance (currently ₹999) is successfully received.
You must provide accurate details. We may cancel a registration made with false information.

Fees and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
The booking advance is adjusted against the total course fee. The balance must be paid before or on the day of the practical session.
Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). We may also accept bank transfer or payment at our office.
Special-offer prices are valid only for the period or batch stated.

Service delivery

We do not ship physical products. Training and consulting are delivered online and/or in person at our Thanjavur office. After a successful payment, you will receive confirmation by WhatsApp, SMS or email, usually within 24–48 hours, along with batch and session details.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, batch transfers and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Participant conduct

Participants must follow the trainer's instructions and safety rules during practical sessions. We may remove any participant for misconduct without refund.

Certificates and outcomes

Where a certificate is part of the programme, it is issued after you complete all required sessions. Training improves your skills, but we do not guarantee employment, loans or income as a result.

Intellectual property

All website content, course material, logos and text belong to Canny Heads Consulting and may not be copied or redistributed without written permission.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
